The following are the customer service standards expected of Contractors working on our projects.

  1. Public safety to be given a high priority.

  2. Keep work sites as tidy as practical.

  3. Care shall be taken to provide for satisfactory pedestrian and vehicular passage past sites.

  4. Avoid the use of "bad" language.

  5. Noise of equipment, radios and personnel to be kept to a practical minimum.

  6. Dogs and children should not be brought on the site.

  7. Personnel to be polite to members of the public and our Clients, particularly when working on their properties.

  8. Care to be taken to avoid unnecessary damage to both public and private property.

  9. Maintain a tidy site and prevent rubbish being blown onto adjoining properties.

 

REMEMBER             

Our Clients are paying for the work being carried out and should therefore be considered as a VIP.

 

Please discuss these standards with your personnel and Sub-contractors, as failure to observe them may have a bearing on our tender selection process.
