The Anchorage Lifestyle Retirement Village comprises high-end villa and luxury apartment units and an amenity and care facility complex.
The village is located in the Marsden Cove Waterways development and sits on seven hectares beside the 45-metre-wide tidal canal that extends through the development. When completed, there will be 88 villa units, four apartment buildings, and two amenity buildings, and residents will have access to services and amenities including a medical centre, indoor swimming pool, spa, billiards, gym, outdoor covered barbeque deck, bar lounge, and bowling greens.
Airey works with an experienced and motivated design team and construction experts to design and implement civil infrastructure including roading, wastewater, stormwater, and water supply to the village.
