Three new proposed high-end three-storey town houses to maximise this site’s potential under the unitary plan, including relocating the existing house to the rear of the site and re-founding it. Structural zones were limited in places to maximise HIRB and an extensive beam grillage was used at 1st-floor level to provide the architect with the large open plan floor space at the lower level.
