This project involved construction of twelve new villas at Metlifecare’s existing Crestwood Village in New Lynn. This required construction of a new access road and extensive timber pole retaining walls. Airey provided civil and structural design and construction monitoring services.

  • Designing a tie back system for the retaining walls in order to enable them to be constructed using timber poles rather than reinforced concrete.
